This store is operated by Château Noir SAS, trading as Steadyn ("we", "us"). By placing an order on steadyn.com you agree to these terms.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we email you to confirm dispatch. We may decline an order — for example if an item is unavailable or a price was listed in error — and if we do, we refund you in full.

Prices and delivery

All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Tracked delivery within the United Kingdom is free on every order, with no minimum.

The products

Our products are personal-care accessories. They are not medical devices, they are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any condition, and they do not replace advice from a healthcare professional. If you have pain, discharge, ringing, a blocked ear or any change in your hearing, consult a clinician. Do not use on a perforated eardrum, on grommets, or after ear surgery. Adults only.

Returns

See our returns policy: 30 days from delivery, unused and complete, plus your statutory 14-day cancellation right.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.
